1. Production description

Control System:

All-digital control system uses dedicated controller, multiple CPU processing division,
a multi-functional automatic fault detection, alarm system, certificates 99 mold of
processing procedures, with remote control interface. System is of high stability and
responsiveness. System uses color LCD, man made interface for easy operation and
with a number of peripheral interfaces.

Clamping Unit System:

- High precision auto-clamping function according to the clamping force settled
- FEA designed double-toogle five-joint clamping machinery
- High rigidity planten with enlarged space between tie bar

- Movale platen supported by the adjustable slide system which improves platen parallelism and life time of tie bar and mould
- Optimized lubrication system ensuring precision clamping and extending the life time of the clamping
